Working Process of Automatic Brick Collector

An automatic brick collector is a device used to collect mechanically produced bricks and is widely used in the construction industry. The main purpose of this equipment is to automatically collect and organize new bricks produced from the production line for storage or direct transportation.

The automatic brick collector comprises a mobile robotic arm with a plate chain conveyor belt. It can travel on the brick production line and automatically collect newly produced bricks. During this process, the plate chain conveyor belt on the robotic arm automatically transports new bricks to the stacking area, organizing them neatly in piles for easy storage or transportation.

To use an automatic brick collector, install it behind the automatic brick production line and connect it to the conveyor of the production line. Set the operating parameters and mode of the collector if necessary. Depending on the model, some automatic brick collectors may require manual settings, while others can be controlled by computer programs. Start the automatic brick production line. Newly produced bricks will be automatically transported to the automatic brick collector during the brick-making process. The automatic brick collector will use the robotic arm to grab bricks from the conveyor and feed them into the collection area. During this process, the plate chain conveyor belt on the robotic arm will automatically transport new bricks to the stacking area, organizing them neatly in piles for easy storage or transportation.
