What are the main processes of block construction?

1, the mortar used in the block wall should have good workability, its consistency is appropriate to 50~70mm, the ash should be smooth and full, the length of each ash is generally not more than 5cm, hot weather and cold season should be appropriately shortened.


2. The block is hoisted into place


Block installation usually adopts two schemes: one is the transport of block and mortar by light tower crane, and the lifting of prefabricated components such as floor slab, and the lifting of block by Trelling frame; Instead, the vertical transport of materials is carried out by the derrick, the lever truck is carried out by the floor hoisting, the horizontal transport of all prefabricated components and materials is carried out by the block truck and the labor truck, and the trelling frame is responsible for the lifting of the block, the former is suitable for the case of large quantities of works or two houses on the water, the latter is suitable for small quantities of houses.


The lifting of the block is generally carried out in turn according to the construction section, and its order is first outside and then inside, first far and then inside, first far and then near, first down and then up, leaving stage trapezoid oblique crouching between adjacent construction sections. When hoisting, starting from the corner or block positioning, the required block is hoisted into place by using a friction fixture according to the block arrangement diagram. 3. Correction


After the block is hoisted into place, check the perpendicularity of the block with a cable tray, pull the alignment to check the levelness, and adjust the deviation with a crowbar and wedge.


4. The vertical joints can be clamped inside and outside the wall by splints, and then mortar is poured and rammed with bamboo chips or iron rods to make them dense. When the mortar absorbs water, scrape the vertical and horizontal joints with a scraping plate. After joint filling, generally should not pry the block, in order to prevent damage to the mortar bonding force.


5, brick when there is a large vertical seam or lintel between the blocks to find normal, should be brick. The vertical and horizontal joints of brickwork should be controlled within 15~30mm. The tile insertion work should be carried out immediately after the correction of the block, and attention should be paid to making the vertical joint of the brick dense.
