This Automatic Block Making Machine Brick has achieved extremely strict standards for the welding quality of the vibration platform body and the processing accuracy of the forming mold. The vibration table body is the core component bearing high-frequency alternating loads, and the internal rib layout is optimized by finite element analysis. All key stress welds must be tested by ultrasonic flaw detection after welding is completed to ensure that fatigue cracking does not occur under long-term excitation. The cavity surface of the brick forming mold is machined as a whole using a CNC machining center, combined with a special surface carburizing and quenching process, which not only ensures the smoothness of the brick surface but also endows the mold with extremely high wear resistance and fatigue strength. The four guide columns of the mainframe frame are precisely machined from high-quality solid round steel and are combined with self-lubricating guide sleeves. This controls the mechanical clearance of the mold frame operation within an extremely small tolerance band, completely eliminating the phenomenon of brick blank flying edges.
