Our process

The fully automatic concrete block forming machine has met extremely strict standards for both the welding quality of the vibration platform body and the processing accuracy of the forming molds. The vibration platform body is the core component that bears high-frequency alternating loads, and its internal reinforcement structure has been optimized through finite element analysis. After all key stress welding points are welded, ultrasonic flaw detection is carried out to ensure that no cracks will occur under long-term excitation. The surface of the brick model cavity is processed by a CNC machining center as a whole, combined with a special surface carburizing and quenching process, which not only ensures the smoothness of the brick surface but also gives the mold extremely high wear resistance and fatigue strength. The four guide columns of the main frame are precisely machined from high-quality solid round steel and are equipped with self-lubricating guide sleeves, which control the mechanical clearance of the mold frame operation within a very small tolerance range, eliminating the phenomenon of brick flaking edges.

Engineers not only verify the mechanical indicators of the equipment under no-load conditions, but also use portable vibration analyzers to detect the acceleration distribution in all corners of the vibration platform under full-load operation. They also use infrared thermography to monitor the temperature rise of the hydraulic valve blocks during continuous high-pressure actions. Only when the continuously produced blocks pass strict dimension measurement, flatness inspection and compressive strength tests, and the equipment shows no leakage or abnormal noise, can the entire machine be disassembled and shipped.

The foundation drawing for the whole plant will be provided within 07 days after the order confirmed,customer could prepare the foundation construction according to the drawing provided.

How about the installation & commissioning ?

After the equipments arrive customer's site,and the preparation for the foundation,water & electricity are ready,we will send 1 of our technician for the installation & commissioning,the technician will train customer's staff for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
