Description of the exterior structure

This Automatic Interlocking Block Making Machinee adopts a four-column guiding or gantry-type high-stiffness closed-frame structure. The entire machine is welded from thick high-grade steel plates. The base is rigidly connected to the pre-installed foundation through large-section solid steel columns to absorb the huge excitation reaction force. The top of the equipment is equipped with a large-diameter rapid filling main hydraulic cylinder, and auxiliary hydraulic cylinders are distributed on both sides for lifting the mold frame and locking the press head. Its most notable physical feature is the independent high-frequency vibration box integrated on the forming platform surface. This box is flexibly isolated from the main frame through high-strength rubber air springs, which can not only transfer the excitation force 100% to the mold, but also effectively prevent the vibration waves from being transmitted to the frame, thereby avoiding fatigue cracking of the structural weld seams. In addition, the fabric trolley track of the equipment and the forming main machine are highly integrated, shortening the material transportation distance.
