Structural composition

The internal mechanical transmission and execution structure of the Fully Automatic Block Making Machine is mainly composed of three closely integrated power driving mechanisms. The upper part is the forced crushing and spreading component, and the inner cavity of the spreading vehicle is equipped with multi-axis crushing and mixing blades driven by independent speed reduction motors. The spreading vehicle is driven by servo motors to move rapidly back and forth on the guide rails, forcing the dry and hard materials to be uniformly spread onto the lower mold cavity. The middle part is the hydraulic pressing and mold frame lifting component, with the main press head suspended below the main crossbeam and achieving rapid descent and slow pressing of the materials through large-diameter oil pipes; the surrounding mold frames are arranged around the press head and are controlled by four symmetrical demolding oil cylinders. After the molding is completed, the external oil cylinder lifts the mold frame vertically upward, exposing the bricks on the bottom support plate. The lower part is an independent vibration platform component, used to provide excitation energy. It is flexibly connected to the main base through high-strength shear rubber springs and precisely transmits the high-frequency mechanical energy generated by the vibration motor to the concrete material inside the mold.
