Hongjia Machinery is located in Quanzhou, China. We specialize in manufacturing brick making machines. The main column of the Machine is made of 45 # carbon steel, which undergoes surface chromium plating and precision grinding treatment. It has high tensile strength and precise guiding accuracy, effectively preventing the press head from tilting during the up and down reciprocating motion. The vibration system of the equipment adopts a multi-source vibration box design, which can evenly transmit the vibration force to the entire mold cavity, ensuring that the hollow bricks produced have uniform wall thickness, no slag inclusions or internal voids.

In response to the complex environment of overseas long-distance sea and land transportation, Hongjia Machinery has extensive experience in protection and container loading. Before the entire machine leaves the factory, all the processing surfaces and exposed cylinder shafts of the Brick Making Machine will be tightly wrapped with multi-layer tear-resistant plastic films. The vulnerable parts, valve groups and PLC control boxes are all sealed and packaged in export-specific wooden boxes. Sufficient desiccants are placed inside the boxes. We can rationally plan the internal space of the container to ensure that the main unit and the attached mixer and belt can be efficiently loaded into the 40-foot container (40HQ). Inside the box, steel wire ropes and fasteners are used for multi-point reinforcement. Prevent damage from collisions during transportation.

Hongjia Machinery strictly follows the standards of the ISO9001 quality management system for factory production and quality control. The products have passed the EU CE safety certification. We can provide overseas customers with factory-issued certificates of conformity, material certification documents, and third-party test reports that meet the requirements of the importing country (such as SGS, SONCAP or PVOC certification guidance) to ensure that the equipment can smoothly complete import customs declaration.
Rich Experience: We have established a genuine concrete testing workshop within the factory premises. All Brick Making Machines will undergo actual pressure tests using real sand and cement before shipment, ensuring that customers can start using the machines directly upon receipt.
Team Professionalism: We have over 20 technical researchers and a team of 150 people, with over 30 years of mechanical manufacturing experience. The product manuals are written by technicians who are familiar with building materials machinery.
Authority: Hongjia Machinery is a local high-tech enterprise and a contract-abiding and trustworthy company. It has participated in the exchange and discussion of local mechanical manufacturing industry standards on multiple occasions.
Trustworthiness: We provide clear factory real-shot pictures, delivery pictures, customer site pictures, and genuine export bill of lading certificates. We refuse to use overly embellished promotional photos.
Uniform forming density: The HJD12000 features a unique combination process of top pressing and bottom vibration, which enables the aggregate to fill the mold cavity rapidly and densely, ensuring good consistency in the wall thickness of the hollow bricks.
Multi-function one machine: just change different molds, you can quickly switch the production of hollow blocks, solid bricks, bread bricks and ditch covers on the same host.
Hydraulic system is stable: The Brick Making Machine adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology. During acceleration and deceleration, it can automatically buffer to reduce the impact force on the mechanical structure.
Daily Maintenance: Before each shift starts, check the hydraulic oil level and add grease to all lubrication points; after work, thoroughly remove the residual concrete debris from the molds and the punch heads.
Weekly maintenance: Check the hydraulic pipe joints for signs of oil leakage, tighten the bolts on the frame and vibration box.
Monthly Maintenance: Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil; if necessary, clean or replace the return oil filter; Check whether the wiring terminal in the electric control box is loose by vibration.

It is recommended that the particle size of the stones or aggregates be controlled below 10mm. Stones that are too large can cause uneven wall thickness of the hollow bricks or damage to the molds.
Equipped with a regulator or choosing the wide voltage motor configuration we offer, we can also add under/over voltage protection modules to the control system.
After deep carburizing heat treatment and normal maintenance and cleaning, the service life of a set of molds is usually over 80,000 to 120,000 mold cycles.
