Structural Features

The Pallet Free Block Making Machine is equipped with an unboard forming base mold assembly, a variable frequency excitation system, and a synchronous clamping and demolding system. It is made of specially heat-treated high wear-resistant alloy steel billets, and its working surface has been precisely ground to provide an extremely flat and wear-resistant bottom surface for the brick blanks.
