Production manufacturing process flow

Precision machining: The mold and the core drive shaft are milling and grinding by a large CNC machining center to ensure that the tolerance is controlled within 0.02mm.

Surface carburizing and heat treatment: The forming molds undergo gas carburizing heat treatment, with hardness reaching HRC60-62, significantly increasing the wear resistance.

Assembly and no-load/lifted-load testing: After the Paver Making Machine is assembled, it must undergo at least 48 hours of continuous no-load vibration and pressure testing within the factory. Only after passing the test can it be shipped out.

What are the required raw material ratios for producing permeable bricks?

Generally, for the base layer, crushed stones with a particle size of 3-5mm (about 70%), cement (about 20%) and a small amount of sand are used; for the surface layer, fine sand, cement and pigments are employed. Hongjia will provide you with free basic mixing advice according to the raw material samples purchased locally.

Will you provide installation services after the machine arrives at the site?

We can dispatch experienced after-sales engineers to the site to guide the foundation construction, equipment installation and commissioning, and train your operators until qualified products are produced. Our personnel will leave only after the production is completed.

If the equipment breaks down, how are the components replaced?

Most of our electrical and hydraulic components use Schneider, Siemens and other brands, which can support independent development. For special molds or mechanical structural components, we will arrange express delivery within 24 hours after receiving the notification.
