Brick-making process

It is particularly suitable for producing high-grade load-bearing bricks or water-resistant bricks for civil engineering. The automatic cycle timing control of the equipment is very precise. From the advancement of the spreading vehicle, the rapid descent of the press head for mold closure, slow pressure application, setting time for holding pressure, to the lifting of the mold frame for demolding, the entire action chain is precisely timed by PLC and double-checked by sensor position feedback. How to maintain

In order to ensure the long-term maintenance of our Automatic Hydraulic Brick Making Machine in good running condition, we must focus on the monitoring of hydraulic oil contamination and the maintenance of mechanical guidance accuracy. The operator must check the tank liquid level and oil temperature before starting every day, and must cooperate with professional testing instruments to count the particles of the hydraulic oil in use every three months. Once the NAS pollution level exceeds the standard, the oil return and oil suction filter element must be replaced immediately. At the mechanical maintenance level, a manual grease gun must be used to inject an appropriate amount of high-temperature lubricating grease into the centralized lubrication points of the four-column guide sleeves every week, and the wear gap of the mold frame guide plate must be observed. When performing any maintenance on hydraulic valve blocks or pipelines, the depressurization operation procedure must be strictly followed, and before entering the space below the press head, a high-strength safety lock rod must be used at the physical position to rigidly fix the movable crossbeam to prevent fatal mechanical falls caused by accidental power outages or pipeline depressurization.
