Are the molds prone to wear and tear? Is the replacement process convenient?

It is made of high-chromium alloy steel through multiple heat treatments, and has good wear resistance. It adopts a modular structure, and the mold can be disassembled and replaced simply by loosening the positioning bolts. Factory operation workers can complete the replacement independently after receiving simple instructions.

How to choose the appropriate hydraulic oil? What are the requirements in hot or cold regions?

In normal temperature environments, it is recommended to use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil. If in hot regions, it is suggested to use 68-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil and activate the water-cooling or air-cooling cooling system; in cold regions, choose low-temperature setting hydraulic oil or install a hydraulic oil preheating device.
